Welcome to the Citrus Heights Police Activities League (PAL). The Citrus Heights PAL is a non profit 501(c)(3) which was created to provide services to the youth in our community. Through sports and recreational activities, children receive drug and gang awareness education. Police Officers and personnel volunteer their time to mentor children in a safe environment. Not only do they exercise their bodies, they also exercise their minds. Youth discover new sports, new friendships, self esteem, confidence, awareness, respect, teamwork and patience.
